Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient oriental technique that was traditionally practiced in Buddhist monasteries.
The massage is done on a mattress on the ground, the receiver wears his clothes and no oils are used. The masseur applies pressure to specific points on the body, the energy lines, also with movements reminiscent of the practice of yoga stretches the muscles and joints.
