Breath Studio is a space dedicated to yoga and pilates. Our goal is for everyone to be able to exercise according to their fitness level and age. Our primary concern is the safety of the trainees. Group lessons are conducted in person and online. At the same time, there is the possibility of private lessons upon consultation.

Yoga lessons are influenced by the principles of iyengar yoga & vinyasa yoga, always respecting the needs of each practitioner. Thus, aids such as blocks, straps are used and any modification is made to the asana (yoga posture) deemed necessary.

Pilates classes include mat pilates (exercise on a mat), use of props (rings, balls, rubber bands, foam rollers). The studio has a trapeze table & reformer for private lessons.

Thai massage is also available by appointment.
